Ingredients

• 2 raw mangoes
• 4 cups chilled water
• 4-5 tbsp jaggery or sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
• Fresh mint leaves
• Ice cubes

The Secret Twist

This unique seasoning adds the perfect balance of tanginess, cooling spices, and traditional flavour that transforms a regular Aam Panna into something truly special.

Method

Step 1

Boil or pressure cook the raw mangoes until soft. Let them cool completely.

Step 2

Peel the skin and scoop out the pulp.

Step 3

Blend the mango pulp with jaggery (or sugar), roasted cumin powder, and chilled water until smooth.

Step 4

Add 1 teaspoon of My Nani's Secret Sheetal Namak and mix well.

Step 5

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Step 6

Pour over ice, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve chilled.
